Message from the main Vienna-based UN organizations: 10 confirmed cases of Covid-19

On 31 March, the Austrian authorities confirmed that a person working at the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in the Vienna International Centre (VIC) was Covid-19 positive. The person, who was tested on 27 March, had been out of the workplace since 6 March 2020. Contact tracing is being conducted. Personnel not contacted by the Austrian authorities are not considered to be at risk.
