Regulations of ODS Import & Export Management

To thoroughly enforce the ozone depletion substance (ODS) management statutes and to reinforce the import and export control over ODS in order for China to perform its obligations to the Montreal Protocol and fulfill the needs for environmental protection and economic development in China, the National Office for ODS Import and Export Management held the meeting at the Beijing Conference and Training Base from May 31 to June 2. Representatives of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs, and environmental protection and law experts attended the meeting.
