Electrolux to Acquire South America's Tecno Industrial

Electrolux plans to acquire Sigdo Koppers' controlling stake in Compa?ia Tecno Industrial S.A (CTI), which would make Electrolux the largest appliance OEM in Chile and Argentina and enhance its in the growing Latin American appliance market.
