Shanghai to Eliminate HCFC to Enhance ODS Management

Shanghai held the fourth working conference on the Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) elimination capacity building. According to the conference, Shanghai plans to freeze the production and consumption of HCFCs by 2013, cut 10% of HCFCs by 2015, and bans HCFCs completely by 2030.
