Sanhua to Invest in Valve Manufacturing JV at Jiangxi

Zhejiang Sanhua (Sanhua) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Jiangxi Huafeng Copper (Huafeng Copper) on October 24, 2011, announcing that the two parties will jointly invest to establish a parts manufacturing enterprise at the Jiangxi Guixi Industry Park.
