2012 Rare Earth Export Quota Policy Analysis

The Ministry of Commerce released the ‘Notice of 2012 rare earth export enterprises list and announcement of the 1st export quota,’ in which the 2012 rare earth export enterprises name list was announced, together with the 1st quota of rare earth export.
