Tomkins Building Products Pvt. Ltd. has established a joint venture, Caryaire Air System Components Pvt. Ltd., with Caryaire Equipment India Pvt. Ltd. Now, Tomkins Building Products has acquired 100% of the business and taken full ownership and operational control.
