Highly to Establish JV Factory in India

According to its bulletin on October 30, Highly’s board of directors has reached an agreement over its subsidiary companies Shanghai Hitachi and Highly Trade to establish a joint venture factory at Ahmadabad, Gujarat in West India, to address market demands in India and the Middle East.
