Beijing Initiates Third Batch of Office Energy Saving Retrofit

A staff from the resources and environment department of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform stated that Beijing initiated the third batch of energy-saving retrofits for 30 offices at 29 municipal government institutions.
