China Commences First Stage of HCFC Phasedown Plan

China’s industrial and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration industry enters the first stage of the HCFC phase-down management plan. On December 12, 2012, four enterprises, including Gree and Dunan, received a grant of US$ 18.05 million to renovate 10 production lines and reduce 3,064 tons of HCFC-22.
