Haier Electronics CEO Yang Retires; Zhou is Named New Chairman

Yang Mian Mian, executive director and chairman of Haier Electronics Group Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong), retired on June 25. Company CEO Zhou Yun Jie was named as the new chairman of the company.
