Johnson Controls elects Alex Molinaroli Chief Executive Officer

Johnson Controls (NYSE:JCI) today announced that its board of directors has elected Alex A. Molinaroli, vice chairman, to serve as the company's next president and chief executive officer effective Oct. 1, 2013, at which time he will join the board of directors. Molinaroli was also elected chairman of Johnson Controls effective Jan. 1, 2014.
