DOE Publishes Residential Furnace Fans Test Procedures

The Department of Energy published its final rule establishing residential furnace fans test procedures. The new test procedures measure the electrical consumption of electrically powered devices in weatherized and non-weatherized gas, oil, and electric furnaces, as well as in modular blowers to circulate air through ductwork.
