Panasonic and Sansha Electric Jointly Develop

Panasonic Corporation (Panasonic) and Sansha Electric MFG Co., Ltd. (Sansha Electric) today announced that they have developed a very compact Silicon Carbide (SiC) power module together with highly efficient operation of power switching systems.
