Refrigerant Tax Shelved

The idea of imposing a tax on refrigerants in France as a means of steering the trade towards more environmentally favorable fluids has been abandoned, according to a speech given by Florian Veyssilier of the Ministry of the Environment at a conference at the Salon Interprofessionel du Froid et deses Applications (SIFA) exhibition for the refrigeration industry.
