Creation of Leading European Reefer Group Following Acquisition of Chereau

Miura Private Equity has acquired a majority stake in French custommade truck and semi-trailer designer Chereau, after the acquisition of a 90% stake in SOR Iberica, a Spanish company in the same sector, in November 2015.
