At least 80 new refrigerants under test

A new reports reveals that at least 80 refrigerants are currently in use or under consideration to replace existing high GWP refrigerants. The report from UNEP’s Technology and Economic Assessment Panel (TEAP) will be submitted to this week’s Open-ended Working Group of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol in Geneva.
