Saudi Arabia increases construction of housing units by 50%

The total value of projects under the MCI real estate off-plan sales programme reached more than $9 billion (SR34bn) since its approval, including projects of more than $3.5bn (SR13bn) licensed during 2015, says a report issued by the Ministry.
