China raises $35 billion for the construction of Egypt’s new capital city

China has committed to investing $35 billion to support Egypt in building its new capital city. China Fortune Land Development (CFLD) plans to invest $20 billion for the as-yet unnamed $45 billion new capital city over the next 10 years.
