Multistack Acquires Desert Aire

Multistack, LLC, a privately held Sparta, Wisc.-based manufacturer of chiller systems and heat pumps, has acquired Desert Aire Corp., a Germantown, Wisc.-based manufacturer of commercial and industrial humidity and climate control systems.
