UTC to Acquire Wipro’s EcoEnergy

UTC Climate, Controls and Security has announced that its Indian affiliate entered into an agreement with Wipro, a leading global information technology, consulting, and business process services company, to acquire EcoEnergy, Wipro’s energy services business division.
