Panasonic Successfully Completes the Acquisition and De-listing of Zetes Industries SA

Panasonic Corporation announced today that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of outstanding shares of Zetes Industries SA and the de-listing of Zetes shares from Euronext Brussels.
