Midea Completes Kuka Acquisition Financing Project

In January 2017, Midea successfully completed the acquisition of Kuka using a bridge loan. On August 21, Midea signed a contract for a five-year Euro3.7 billion (US$ 565 million) loan and on August 25, the loan was successfully released, which marked the completion of the Midea-Kuka acquisition financing project.
