Gray & Adams blast chiller for Leadketty Farm

Strawberry grower Leadketty Farm has a new blast chiller from Gray & Adams. It is capable of pulling down the temperature of freshly-picked fruit from 20oC to less than 4oC in just one hour. The machine was built to order at Gray & Adams’ factory facility in Dunfermline.
