Mitsubishi Electric Expands Lineup of 1,200V Large DIPIPM Ver. 6

On August 30, 2017, Mitsubishi Electric announced that its 1,200V Large Dual In-line Package Intelligent Power Modules (DIPIPM) Ver. 6 lineup has added a 75A/1,200V transfer-mold power semiconductor model for 40 kW-class packaged air conditioners (PACs), effectively immediately.
