New Zealand: Scales Corporation sells coldstore operations to Emergent Cold

Diversified agribusiness Scales Corporation has agreed to sell its cold storage businesses, Polarcold Stores and Whakatu Coldstores (which were merged in January under the Polarcold brand), to Emergent Cold.
