Parisians Chill Out on Cool Benches

Climespace, the company providing Paris with district cooling, has inaugurated an oasis in front of Gare de Lyon railway station, according to the article of Génie Climatique Magazine. The oasis comprises two areas in which benches are cooled with chilled water and shade is provided by a wooden canopy. Other Parisian oases are being envisaged.
