Toshiba Carrier to Construct a New Technology Building

In order to reinforce its R&D capability, Toshiba Carrier has decided to construct a new technology building (tentative name) within the premises of Fuji Factory & Engineering Center in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Its construction is scheduled to start in January 2019 and to be completed at the end of December 2019. About ¥5.7 billion (US$ 51 million) will be invested.
