Ice Cream Sales Spike During Heat Wave

According to Frozen Food Europe, total grocery volume sales in the United Kingdom accelerated to +2.2% in late June to late July. Ice cream sales soared to £144 million (US$ 183 million) in supermarkets, growing 28% compared with last year.
