The Hoshizaki factory center and group company Gram Commercial are prime movers in addressing environmental issues in the catering refrigeration market in Europe. In 2002, they were the first to develop a complete range of hydrofluorocarbon (HFC)-free refrigerated storage cabinets for the catering sector.
