Idemitsu Develops Lubricant for Low-GWP HFO Refrigerants

Idemitsu has developed a new type of lubricant for low-GWP hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) refrigerants. HFO refrigerants, have low GWPs, and in a context of increasingly stringent refrigerant regulations, refrigerant manufacturers have announced various types of refrigerant mixtures as alternatives to hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerants.
