According to statistics released by Pakistan Central Bank, the country has seen a record high GDP growth rate in 13 years in the 2017 to 2018 fiscal year, up 5.8%, which was 0.4% higher than the previous fiscal year. In the past five fiscal years, GDP growth rate in Pakistan has been going up every year.
