Qingdao Subsidizes Ultralow Energy Buildings

In November 2018, the Qingdao Municipal Commission of Urban-Rural Development and other government departments jointly issued the ‘Implementation opinions on promoting the development of ultra-low energy buildings in Qingdao’ and proposed seven policies supporting this development.
