The Arcticom Group Acquires Victory Construction and Refrigeration

The Arcticom Group (TAG) announced it has acquired Victory Construction and Refrigeration.
 
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Victory is The Arcticom Group’s first Colorado-based HVACR company.  TAG now has operations in California, Nevada, Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, and Arizona.
