Refcool Opens a HVAC&R Factory in Kaluga Region

On May 31, 2019, UK-based Refcool officially opened a new factory for the production of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC&R) equipment. This factory is in the special economic zone Kalugain in the Borovsky District of the Kaluga Region about 80 km from Moscow.
