The size of Oceania’s RAC market in the first half of 2019 is estimated to have shrunk by 14.3%. Above all, Australia’s RAC market was down by 15.7%, showing a big drop. The decline in RAC demand is above all due to sluggish new single-family home construction related to a decline in China’s real estate investments.
