Suning Plans to Phase out Non-inverter RACs by 2021

In June 2019, the National Development and Reform Commission teamed up with six departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to release the Action Plan of Green High Efficiency Air Conditioning and Refrigeration to promote the integration of inverter and non-inverter energy efficiency standards.
