Sanden Transfers Shares of Sanden Retail Systems

On August 7, Sanden Holdings announced that all shares of Sanden Retail System (SDRS), a subsidiary of Sanden that manufactures and sells commercial refrigeration dis- play cases and vending machines for beverages, will be transferred to SDRS Holdings on October 1. The transfer price including stocks and loan receivables etc.
