TICA Acquires Italian ORC Supplier

At the end of September 2019, TICA acquired Exergy, an Italian supplier of organic Rankine cycle (ORC) systems, with a buyout price of €16.05 million (US$ 17.8 million). This was TICA’s second cross-border acquisition in 2019 after its acquisition of Smardt.
