The Indian rupee (INR) 10 billion (US$ 135 million) greenfield manufacturing facility of Voltbek Home Appliance, a joint venture (JV) between Voltas and Europe’s leading consumer durables manufacturer Arçelik, was inaugurated on January 29, 2020 in Ahmedabad.
