Home Electronics Industry Suffering a Hard Year

In addition to recent unfavorable macroeconomics, the COVID-19 hit China’s home electronics industry hard. According to data from GfK and the China Market Monitor, sales of home electronics in the first quarter of 2020 reached RMB 132.6 billion (US$ 18.8 billion), falling by 36% year on year.
