Hiron Sets up Its Subsidiary Company in Indonesia

Qingdao Hiron Commercial Cold Chain has finalized the registration of its subsidiary company in Indonesia, and obtained registration documents issued by local government. The new subsidiary, Hiron Indonesia Cold Chain, is located in Northern Jakarta. Of the 5.9 billion Indonesian rupiah (US$ 401,000) registered capital, Qingdao Hiron holds a 10% share and its wholly owned subsidiary company Hiron (Hong Kong) Industrial holds 90%. Its major businesses include sales, service, technical support and consultancy, and the export and import of commercial cold chain equipment.
