In May 2020, total net electricity production in the OECD was 772.9 TWh, 7.2% lower than in May 2019 and 4.6% higher than in April 2020. Lockdown measures started easing in May 2020, but the impact of the Covid-19 crisis on electricity production was still noticeable.
