Mexico — UL's Expanded Capabilities

UL’s facility in Mexico became the first certification organization (CO) to carry out the energy efficiency testing outside Mexico in under the UL Data Acceptance Program (DAP).

In order to comply with the mandatory NOM Energy Efficiency standards in Mexico, testing must be conducted in local laboratories.
