Report for the European Commission on the availability of HFCs (GEN - 1194.00)

The Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 put in place a quota system for hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) to reduce the supply of these gases to the European Union market. The European Commission has monitored and analysed the EU HFC market employing external consultants since the beginning of the phase-down in 2015.
