When was the last time your home was inspected by a professional? If you're like most homeowners, the last time you received a complete home inspection was at the time you purchased the home. In those inspections, the inspector looked at all areas of your home – such as radon levels, the age and working condition of appliances and the plumbing – and you typically would have received an exhaustive report complete with photos about all aspects of the condition of your new home.
