House Passes PRO Act to Expand Union Access

Last week the House of Representatives passed the Protecting the Right to Organize Act (PRO Act), H.R. 842. The bill contains dozens of provisions that have been proposed in recent years including approximately 30 extreme labor policies that would strip workers of rights and flexible opportunities that businesses are using to attract younger talent.
