Johnson Controls' Science-based Emission Reduction Targets Approved

Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI), the global leader for smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, today announced the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) has approved its ambitious emissions reductions targets. The targets covering greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from Johnson Controls' operations (scopes 1 and 2) are consistent with reductions required to keep warming to 1.5°C, the most ambitious goal of the Paris Agreement.
