HCJ2021 Special Food Service Exhibition held

HCJ2021 was held at Tokyo Big Sight from February 16 to 19. HCJ2021 consists of three exhibitions: Hoteres Japan, Caterex Japan, and Japan Food Service Equipment Show. In order to formulate timely plans every year, HCJ welcomes members from leading companies in the industry and sets up a committee that is the driving force of HCJ. The three-day exhibition attracted more than 24,000 visitors. In addition, after the real exhibition, a virtual exhibition is holding online and take advantage of the strengths unique to online, such as the staging of more than 50 online seminars.
