UL Recognizes Somfy Smart Control As First Home Automation Device To Achieve IoT Security Rating

UL, the global safety science leader, today announced that Somfy is the first home automation company to be recognized for achieving UL’s IoT Security Rating with its TaHoma switch smart control product. This Gold level IoT Security Rating, as evaluated by UL, demonstrated that the Somfy TaHoma switch smart control uses industry best practices and meets critical benchmarks for Internet of Things (IoT) cybersecurity.
